Hemp Dishcloth “Espiga”

A reusable and washable dishcloth from Nordicas – Naturally Hemp to substitute microfiber or other cloths often leaving microplastic when used. This Dishcloth can be reused min. 6 months, depending on the usage and when it is used completely it can be put in compost pile, leaving no waste.

Hemp fibers are naturally antibacterial and sustainable grown. Our Hemp is grown and spun in Europe and knitted in a small family owned knitting company in a rural area in western part of Spain. It is natural and unbleached.

Recommendations:

The cloth is rib-knitted and will spread out to a square form when used. We recommend to wet or wash the cloth before use, which will soften the hemp fibers. It can be machine washed at 30-40 degrees and will feel a bit rough after each wash, but will quickly soften once it is in use again.

The loop to use as a hook is made of natural coloured hemp cord and the dish cloth measures approx. 24×24 cm, once in use.
